By creating an account or using Wingman, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must affirmatively accept these Terms during account creation before you can use Wingman.
Wingman is a coordination tool that helps members of a private organization (a "Circle") arrange volunteer sober rides among themselves.
Wingman is not a transportation company, rideshare service, or common carrier. We do not own vehicles, employ drivers, or provide transportation services. Drivers using Wingman are volunteer members of your own organization, not Wingman employees or contractors. Wingman does not conduct driver background checks, vehicle inspections, or license verification — any such vetting is the responsibility of your organization, not Wingman.
Wingman is intended for use within authorized organizations that have set up a Circle and issued you an invite code. You must be at least 18 years old to use Wingman. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you are a legitimate member of the organization whose Circle you are joining.
When using Wingman, you agree to: - Provide accurate information about yourself and, if applicable, your vehicle - Use the app only for its intended purpose of coordinating rides within your own organization - Not share your account, invite codes, or Co-Rider codes with anyone outside your organization or with anyone you would not otherwise let into the vehicle - Not use Wingman while impaired in a manner that would make you unsafe to drive, if you are acting as a driver - Comply with all applicable traffic and vehicle laws while driving
Wingman's SOS feature is intended to alert your Circle's admins during an active ride. It is not connected to 911 or any emergency dispatch service and should never be relied on as your primary means of contacting emergency responders. In any situation involving immediate danger, call 911 (or your local emergency number) directly.
Wingman does not guarantee driver availability, ride completion, response time to safety alerts, or the conduct of any user, driver, or rider. You use the app, and arrange and accept rides through it, at your own risk.
If you are an admin or Guest Admin within a Circle, you are responsible for managing your organization's membership, roles, and any risk-management policies your organization requires — Wingman provides the coordination tools but does not set or enforce your organization's own safety policies.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wingman and its developers are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or claim arising from: - Your use of, or inability to use, the app - The conduct of any other user, including drivers and riders you are matched with - Any ride arranged, accepted, or completed through the app - Delays, failures, or inaccuracies in ride matching, location tracking, or safety alerts
Wingman is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We may suspend or terminate your access to Wingman if you violate these Terms, misuse the app, or if your organization removes you from its Circle. You may delete your account at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
